The problem with 3D printing as a service is rarely the printing. It is the quote. Historically you upload a file, then wait two days for someone to eyeball it and send back a number that is wrong by a factor of three — or a request for more information you have already provided.
We built the opposite. Our quote engine reads the exact solid geometry of your STEP or STL file, computes real volume and surface area, selects the fastest machine profile that can meet your tolerance, and prices material, machine time and finishing without human intervention. That is why a quote arrives in under two minutes and why it matches your invoice.
Automation handles arithmetic. Engineers handle judgement. Before anything is printed, a manufacturing engineer reviews orientation and support strategy, checks your tolerances are physically achievable in your chosen material, and looks for the features that cause failed prints. If something is wrong, we tell you before you pay.
We are a manufacturing company, not a lead-generation funnel. That means we will also tell you when a cheaper material will do the job — and when the material you have specified will not survive your application.
