Refund & Replacement Policy

No Refund on Customized Products

Due to the highly customized nature of our 3D printing services, all orders placed and confirmed on Yug3DAI are non-refundable. Each product is manufactured specifically based on the customer's selected specifications, including material, color, infill, process, and dimensions. As these items are made to order and cannot be resold, we are unable to offer refunds once production has begun.

What This Means

• Once your order is confirmed and production starts, no refund requests will be entertained.
• If you have any doubts or require modifications, please contact our support team before confirming your order.
• Any issues related to quality, damage, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review and possible replacement.

Replacement Policy

While refunds are not available, we do offer replacements under certain conditions:

• Manufacturing Defects: If your order arrives with defects in printing or material quality that differ from the agreed-upon specifications.
• Wrong Item Received: If the delivered product does not match your order in terms of specifications or quantity.
• Damage During Shipping: If the product is damaged in transit, provided photographic evidence is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, please reach out to our support team with your order details and supporting evidence. Our team will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet commenced. A cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a manufacturing error is proven and a replacement is not feasible (e.g., discontinued material or service), a partial or full credit may be offered at the discretion of Yug3DAI management.
