Terms & Conditions — 3D Printing Services

1. Quotation Validity

All price quotes generated through the Yug3DAI platform are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of quotation generation. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on current material costs and availability.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

An advance payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required to initiate production.
The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch of the finished products.
Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
In case of any pricing errors on the platform, YUG3DAI reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not commenced.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.
Once production has begun, no cancellation will be entertained.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order fulfillment, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of quotation and are subject to change based on order complexity and volume.
YUG3DAI is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Quality & Specifications

All products are manufactured based on the specifications provided by the customer during the quoting process.
Minor dimensional variations (typically within ±0.2mm for FDM and ±0.05mm for SLA) are inherent to additive manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Material properties (e.g., strength, flexibility, heat resistance) conform to standard industry specifications for the selected material.

6. Warranty & Returns

YUG3DAI provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect orders, subject to verification by our quality team. Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

YUG3DAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
